Reflection: The challenges I faced when trying to come up with the 20 bugs was branching out and trying not to come up with bugs that were too similar. For example, when talking about parking I thought about cars and then I thought about driving. I then had five bugs all relating to vehicles. In summary, there were challenges I faced completing this assignment but overall I thought it was a brilliant exercise to help you think about opportunities for business ventures.
Hi Emily,
ReplyDeleteI really like the style/theme of your blog, it has reminded me to change my layout on Blogger. Furthermore, it was amazing to me that your first bug was my biggest pet peeve of not having parking spots on campus for students who live off-campus. It is such a pain having to commute on the bus every single day for a good 30-45 minutes. I agree with you in your reflection that it was difficult coming up will bugs that were not so similar of each other. However, I feel like you could have expanded more on your reflection by answering more of Dr. Pryor's questions he asked. Overall, I enjoyed learning about your 20 bugs and why they exist!
Best, Matthew
Emily,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading through this blog entry! I can completely relate to your bug about how overcrowded the libraries are during finals week. I always am completely stressed out during that time and often find myself having to just study at my dorm. I also think your explanation for why the problem occurs is spot on and that almost every single student at the University of Florida is aware of how valuable the library is for studying.
Hi Emily,
ReplyDeleteI really liked reading through your list of 20 bugs. Some of the bugs you named, I also used in my list such as the parking at UF and how the libraries get packed with students around finals week. Being a girl, I also must agree with the shopping in Gainesville being limited. You made a good point with the apple adapters for the new products that have created. It can be such a bother trying to find an adapter for headphones or an aux cord. Overall, I enjoyed reading your 20 bugs!
